Hello and thank you for taking the time to take care of yourself on your journey. As is Kelly's motto, life should be done together. This is something I firmly believe. As a registered Psychologist for over a decade, I offer a safe, confidential and accepting therapeutic connection to facilitate my clients with their therapy goals. I work with both individuals and couples, in whatever form that may be (partners, friends, parent/child). It is your journey so you are in charge of who attends your sessions for support or for some work together. I am here to help you through your caregiving or health journey and all the things that it may bring along with it; from stress, anxiety, depression, work/life balance, relationship struggles or grief/trauma.

I come to each counselling session with a passion for my work and it is an honor to collaborate with each and every one of my clients on their counselling journeys. Making change is hard, and should not be done alone. It's hard to know where to begin, especially when under stress. Having someone to guide you and be in your corner can make all the difference. I am here to be along side you on your journey to healing, self understanding and growth.

A little about me: I experienced the loss of my father to cancer about 12 years ago and was involved in his caregiving as well as navigating through the many dynamics this brought upon my family and working out how to support one in other in all of our very different ways of coping and dealing. I learned so much from this time period in my life and just how overarching the effects of going on this journey can be.

I also am lucky enough to be best friends with the incredible Kelly Leece, who is featured on this website. I was with Kelly through her diagnosis and treatment and we remain connected as strong as ever today in continuing her fight. Her honesty and integrity have been truly incredible and I am forever honored to be learning form her everyday.
